A unique feature of the REVOLUTION aluminum radiator is the wave-shaped shape of the fins. This section design improves air convection, facilitating its free passage inside the radiator, and increases the heat transfer of the device by 3%.

Like other Royal Thermo aluminum radiator models, REVOLUTION uses a patented, innovative ruggedized plug with a nanopolymer membrane, which is installed by rolling. This technology, in contrast to conventional contact welding of the plug and section, increases the strength of the radiator, since corrosion does not form at the junction of the collector and the plug during operation of the device. Thanks to the use of collectors with a circular cross-section, the load from the coolant is distributed evenly on the walls of the sections, which allows the device to withstand pressure up to 105 bar.
